A very unsatisfied Customer - After 4 service calls and switching parts out back and forth my oven is still not fixed and cannot be used. Speaking with the owner I was given two options; continue with service calls and have technicians attempt to fix the issue or purchase a new oven from them. I asked for an alternative solution of being credited for the parts that were installed since the oven is not usable. I was told that was only possible if I purchased an oven from them. So in essence, I would be out the money I had paid for the new parts that did not fix the issue. I have been a loyal customer for many years and been happy with their service in the past, however, I felt that the solutions I was presented with did not give me any options of choosing where I wanted to buy my next oven and that I was being made to buy an appliance from them if I wanted to get credit on the money I spent on the parts. I do not feel this is good customer service and I have chosen to part ways with Saddleback Appliance and take my business elsewhere.
I just called to schedule a appointment and no matter how far in advance of a appointment day (I was willing to make a appointment day whenever they could, even months in advance) they could not give me a morning only appointment (needed mornings due to my family obligations with my elderly parents and children, I not able to schedule afternoon appointments). You had to be available for afternoons to be able to have them do any work. This lack of flexibility in scheduling morning appointments their business practice made it impossible for me to have them service my appliances. They must have a good business to be able to be that inflexible.
Unprofessional, extremely rude, and dishonest – The owner is unprofessional, extremely rude, and a dishonest businessman. He has no respect for customers. He did not listen to what we had to say and did not give us a chance to complete our sentences. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.
WORST SERVICE!! – The owner is an irate, rude, screaming woman in need of professional mental health. I feel worried for the staff and people around her. Please don't go there and try Sears or Best Buy for your products!
Terrible service and VERY rude! I have never been spoken to on the phone this way in my life.
Terrible services on phone – Tried to get an idea on repairs. Insisted that I pay $59 to come diagnose. Asked if I gave them a specific repair I needed to have done, could I get an estimate of the cost. It was impossible. They said they had to diagnose first even though I would give them the exact diagnosis so they could give me a quote. Stubborn and not willing to do anything unless I paid them to come out first. I was trying to see if I even wanted to consider hiring them first. Now I won't. Bragged that they were an authorized servicer for KitchenAid so I guess they think we are all a captive client, which I will not be unless they are willing to compete.
