Made me cry.... The owner called me about my appointment,when I told him I had a different day written down he started yelling and saying how dare I imply that they scheduled me on a day they are not open.I told him it was a simple mistake either in their part or mine...he was rude and shouted again, so I said I did not appreciate his tone..so he refused to make my wedding cake and hung up on me. About, five mins. later a women calls me and starts yelling at me again...angry that I had the nerve to say that they might have made the mistake. Trying to talk like a mature adult,though, I could not get a word in...then she threatened "Be careful who you run into these days!!" and hung on me...! so I cryed!
