Yelling match with the Manager in front of clients.... I was in hear for my birthday switching out a new unopened ipod for a bigger more expensive one and returning a defective product at the same time. The manager did not want to take my product back even though I was fallowing all the guidelines for their return policy. He was very rude, threw my receipt at me and told me if i didn't leave the store he would call the police. Security came in and said that i should call the police on him... I went to the one in Aliso Viejo & the one in Foothill Ranch and they were very polite and helpful. But The Laguna Hills Radio Shack is an eye sore. Every time i walk by the store i am reminded of how i was treated there.
