Unknowlegable staff causes me to ship elsewhere.. I have a problem with a few of the staff members at this location. They seem to make judgement decisions on shipments based on their personal opinion, not Fedex policy. At times they make it difficult for me to ship my packages due to the fact that they are not the conventional brown box shipments. I frequently ship irregularly shaped items and have been doing so for many years. This forces me to either go to another location or use a different shipping company. I find that the employees at the location on Harbor Blvd in Costa Mesa are much more friendly and knowledgeable about their job; unlike the employees who work at the Moulton Pky location who seem like they are just waiting for their shift to end. I am considering closing my account and switching to UPS, they are a little more expensive but if it makes it easier for me to get my packages out it will be worth it.

One of the better FedEx Office locations in the area.. This location has a fairly knowledgeable staff, the service is good depending on what time you walk in, sometimes it can be like walking in to "Crazy Town." I've found that Matt and Mario are quite reliable during the day shift and if you happen to be in there burning the midnight oil, Jesse on the graveyard shift is always willing to help out. One of the better FedEx Office locations in the area. All pau, aloha fo' now!
