Just beautiful.
If you want an intimate meal with beautifully prepared food and first class service - look no further.
There are plenty of restaurants in Laguna, none top this.

I love this place..
Ok, yes, it is a little loud... but Partners Bistro never fails to leave me and my family happy.
Excellent wine list.
The steaks are TO DIE FOR (specifically, the Philadelphia, and the Rib Eye)
The Goat Cheese appetizer (with peanuts and caramalized onions with a wine reduction) is really amazingly balanced and nuanced.
I must say though, don't bother with the souffle... if you want a good souffle, go to The Cellar in Fullerton. This is the only thing I've eaten there (in the many times my family has visited) that has fallen a little short. But I am very picky with my souffle, so maybe I'm being to hard.
It's fun, lively... always has nice original art on the walls. The staff is busy, but very friendly. The location is excellent.
If you spend the evening in Laguna, I highly recommend that you stop by and enjoy some great food.

Terrific food. And nicely situated downtown laguna beach. Glassed in terrace room is dynamite. Try the salmon. Park behind in two-story structure.
