I have never seen a shop that is clean with accommodations, and without oozing "corporate." I spent nearly 3 hours here waiting for my baby's tires to be put on and have its alignment completed.
I was able to browse the internet, Rob (the owner) made me a cup of fresh coffee, and shared ideas he has about his business with me.
Afterward, he introduced me to Drew who showed me my car's symptoms, how he fixed them, and the typical reasons cars fall out of alignment.
The service was great, there were no surprises, and they made it easy for me to pay them for their time.
The Only Place for My M6. I would NOT trust my 2006 M6 in anybody's hands but Ron's. Knowledgeable and honest. Plus he used to pilot a big block Firebird like I did. My brother (x5) and sister-in-law (530xi) are going to become customers also as soon as BMW warranties expire.

He and his employees, including Brad who I've dealt with on the phone many times, are exceptionally courteous and helpful- before they even get you in the shop. You get a very old-fashioned (hence, much better) standard of customer service that in a very discernable way treats customers as the highest priority. Before taking your car in, Ron has what almost feels like a checklist that he has to conduct so that everyone has a clear understanding all around. Up front on the phone, he'll spend the time discussing the possibilities, in the shop after looking at the car he'll speak to you in detail about what's going on, take the time to explain what your options are and what will happen in whichever scenario you decide to go with, SINCERELY workS with you on THE BEST price he can give you and then keeps you updated all the while that you're waiting. Ron and crew do not cut corners, which I value a lot. They also don't pull stuff like discover something while they're working on it, and just tell you at the end. Not only does Ron have the highest integrity, but he's surrounded himself with employees that match him in that respect. And that's not even beginning to talk about Ron's expertise when it comes to BMW. He can take one apart and put it back together with his eyes closed. They are the answer to all bad service experiences I've had. I'm so grateful to have found a place to take my 2008 328i over the coming years.
