Do Not Go Here! We visited under a new insurance plan and had to find a new dentist. This one seemed good on paper and was local. Our insurance covers cleaning and xrays twice a year and small co pays on major proceedures such as crowns etc. They charged for cleaning because "extra" was necessary and gave my 21 year old son a quote of $ 2000 for a crown and root canal on a tooth that is sometimes a little sensitive. The insurance company quoted the maximum co pay should have been $ 300.....Watch out, they are padding their bills

I wish I had read reviews before going here and paying over $4000 for braces. EVERY SINGLE TIME we go in for an appt. we have to go back again because a bracket falls off, a wire breaks, A SPRING COMES UNDONE AND MY CHILD ALMOST SWALLOWS IT, the wire in the back is poking my child to the point of her sobbing, ect. EVERY SINGLE TIME. And when we call and go back in to get the problem fixed, we are treated like it is our fault that this happens!!!
I am looking into a way to get at least a partial amount of my money back.

Terrible, Terrible

I didn't want to give them one star, but had to in order to give my review of this place. I believe that all those people who had "positive" experiences with this dental office were either paid or are on their staff. This place is disgusting, dirty, and incompetent. Please do not go there. I never had a worse experience with a dental office.

The staff is really caring and sympathetic. They understand that not everyone likes the Dentist and they compromise to make you comfortable. Very Convenient and bearable.
