new owners beware!!

The new owners are turning the park into condos. This allows them to do so they wil not have to pay for current residence to move which is a law when new owners want to convert moblie home parks to something else.

They can now make every residence of the park convert their mobile home park into condos by putting a cement foundation underneath their moblie home. In addition to that fact the rent is not rent controled and and the park will no longer be for 55years and up. The space will be condos subject to home owners fee that can amount to as much as 1000.00 a month. They are able to do this do to a little knownen law that alows them to. You as a senior that has work many, hard years to enjoy life will not be able to with the new owners. Please before you consider buying at this park look up mobile home park condo converisons.
