PATHETIC!!!!. 45 mintue delivery time turned into 90 mins. Food was cold, salad was soggy. Manager was contacted as I was told "Sorry, we will keep a credit for the full order on file for your next order".................Next order "We don't have a credit on file, but the manager will give you $5.00 off this order. Manager cannot come to the phone right now and he does not speak English very well" RESPONSE "You have just lost my business, and tell the owner to be sure and hire a manger that speaks English or to grow some nuts and handle customer service issues properly". What an absolute joke!!!! Next time you come around my neighborhood, hanging flyers on doors, I will follow your guy and collect everyone he leaves and throw them away. With the economy in the shotter, and your business getting less everyday, I would have thought you would have handled the situation with a little class.
