view & uploadBest Thai we've tried, good prices.. Our favorites are pineapple curry and spicy spaghetti with beef, I agree with the previous reviewer about the pad thai, tried it elsewhere and didn't like it but this chef's is great. We have worked our way up and down the curries, all are good but the standby is definitely the pineapple. Just found out that noodle soup is the best sick food.
hole in the wall chinese and thai done right!.
hole in the wall: it conjures up different images for different people. But this is the good kind. Tiny space and two doors down from an upscale japanese restaurant its enthusiastically pleasant service and great baang for the buck. Dine in, take out, or delivery (in a 3 mile radius). If the older, gentleman owner takes your order you're sure to get your custom order correctly. Serving traditional thai dishes and some chinese there's bound to be something you'll like... with enough room to be adventurous. Pad Thai tends to be as unique as the chef so it's a must try...........................
They FINALLY have their own domain: thaipepper dot n e t
................ There are half a dozen thai restaurants in the area.. the one in the newland center is ALL atmostphere... which would be great if you brought your own food. Thai Pepper puts all their effort into preparation.. and the taste says it all ......... this review site should respect paragraph breaks
one of the better thai "restaurants". although the ambience wasn't that pleasing to the eye, i would recommend getting your quick thai fix here. the food is GREAT and the prices are semi - average - much cheaper than those fancy thai restaurants. the service is average - you place your order and depending if you order spicy food, they'll ask you how hot you want it to be, on a scale from 1 to 10. (don't ask me how it that possible.) they deliver, as long as you order over $10 and they sell authentic trinkets from thailand for a moderate price to those who can't afford the luxury of flying to thailand to purchase their own trinkets for way cheaper. overall, the place had great food and moderate prices, but i wouldn't recommend that you would go there for a romantic date. try matsu instead. it's only 3 door down.
