Down Hill Again. say the sign that said "New Owner".This was our favorite place when it was Springdale Bar And Grill it was our favorite place in northeern Huntington Beach.. When it changed to La Brique the new owners drove it into the ground with poor service and bad food. Now it has gone under ground with rotten service, worse food and higher prices.

Horrible. Springdale Grill used to be a great place to eat and meet with friends, my family used to frequent it regularly. However, new owners have taken over and since then the place has been a revolving door when it comes to employees. The service is horrible and the food is right there with the service. I asked for the owners and it was an elderly couple drinking at the bar and they were both to busy getting hammered to speak to my about my concern. My family and friends will no longer be customers of La Brique.

Best steaks around!. Wow! My husband and I had dinner at the Springdale Grille last night and it was wonderful! The new owners have up-graded the meat from Choice to Prime. The filet mignon was so tender that it nearly melted in my mouth. The ambiance is so nice and relaxing. The restaurant has been re-decorated so beautifully. The service was outstanding as well. I highly recommend this restaurant----it's well worth the money.

New Owners, Bad Ideas. A community institution for decades, the new owners have driven off the bar crown (who were an entertainment for the people in the restaurant), fired the wonderful serving staff, and spent a fortune making the place look like a bordello. As another reviewer pointed out, this is a modest steak house, not Morton's. But all the money is going into foof instead of food.

Good bar, stiff drinks...food not so good.. This is a good place to go to watch the ball game and have a couple of drinks , but that's about it. I hate to be hard on this place because the employees are great. The waitresses are all very nice. There's an extensive menu and nightly dinner specials, but don't even bother because the food is low end, The steaks and chops are fatty, tough and no flavor. "Can I have some ketchup please?" The prices aren't that great either...PASS-adena!
