User review by lefej. Bukhara has excellent food, and good service in a cozy setting. There are only about ten tables so large groups should definitely call ahead of time. The food portions are excellent (we always end up with two meals' worth), and the meals always burst with vibrant flavors. Parking is ample and there's plenty of shopping along Edinger and Beach boulevards. Well worth the drive.

Bukhara is rich in flavor, poor in space.. The only reason to drive out to Huntington Beach! Just kidding. (I live in Sherman Oaks.) Everything in the menu is incredible--flavors just burst in your mouth. Large vegetarian menu, that satisfies even hearty meat eaters. Appetizers and soups are just as delectable as the main course. Don't forget to try the onion bhaji and the samosas. Make sure to come early for either lunch or dinner. It can fill up real quick, because the dining room is small.
