Terrible. Don't trust them. I ordered an appliance part. Also paid for them to ship it to me. It never arrived. Four months later they called to say it was in and I had to pick it up. I drove down there and it was the wrong part, even though I brought the part in for them to see when I placed the order. They then told me that the part and my model didn't exist. I asked for a refund and they refused without my receipt. I took the receipt back later and they told me I had waited too long. Now I have to sue them in small claims. What a hastle!!!!
