Horrible service and incompetent personnel. I took a Brother printer in for factory service/repair and they let the machine sit in their shop for a week. When I came to pick it up they laughed at me when I requested that they run a copy test on the machine. Of course it still does not work, and I’m stuck.

AWESOME SERVICE. I really am so happy with this place. I was charged a small fee for great service. The employees were very courteous and polite. I was helped by Alex, whom fixed my computer. It was done w/in a few hours and their prices are VERY reasonable. I had just been scammed by Dell for $49.00 and was then told they couldnt help me. I went to Adam's and they did a great job!!! Thank you guys!!

Quick and excellent service. When you go, ask for Alex. He was a great help to me when the hard drive on my PC went dead. He helped me with back up issues too!

Same Day Service!. I dropped off my laptop to have it checked out after I spilled water on the screen. Fortunately, it was an easy fix and I had my computer back 3 hours later. Nice service reps. Very curteous.I would definetly go back.

slow service. I don't how the guys here get back their stuff on the sam day. I have a av receiver sent to them for service with a minor problem, but it takes them long time!

Quick and Courteous. Computer issues have left our family at wits end lately - with repairs taking 5 -14 days at Best Buy.

We were referred to Adam's Electronics for a problem that only 5 months ago took over a week for Best Buy to fix. (They had to send it out to the manufacturer.) Adam's took care of the matter in 3 hours. I took it in at 2:00 and they had it ready by 5:00. I couldn't have been more thrilled. It was finals week - (for two kids in high school) and we were all fighting over 1 computer. Adam's Electronics took care of our problem speedily and courteously. Thanks to them, finals week went quite smoothly!
