Do not Rent here!!! Be Warned!!!

I have rented here for years and the management is a joke. Rule changing constantly, amenities lacking, rent hiking without cause. IF YOU HAVE KIDS, DON"T RENT HERE!!! NICE GRASS TO PLAY ON, DON"T THINK SO. NOT ALLOWED!!! Management has camera's facing the units and not the front of the complex so they can watch the tenents and not watch for security.
- Pros: 1 mile from beach, good size units
- Cons: Management, ground(but improving) New ugly bluish color, strict rules, amenities lacking, mold damage in units not repaired correctly,

Apartments are falling apart inside and ouside. If you like problems you may want to live here.
- Pros: 3/4 mile to beach
- Cons: plumbing, onsite laundry
