Rude Staff but good hang out spot. Staff is rude and does not deserve to work there. They take their jobs for granted and treat their customers like sh*t. Otherwise, great prices and good hang out spot.

Top Notch. I dont even know where to start with this one. This is probably the last standing pool hall in south county and it rocks. Its as though they havent changed the inside much since it opened but thats what gives it the nostalgic feel.

Lots of space (this place is HUGE) so youre not too crowded, no cover charges, incredible pizza (i lived in the bronx for about 6 years and this pizza is the closest in authenticity ive found on the west coast), strong drinks, smoking patio (i thought you couldnt smoke in any establishment anymore).

The service is excellent. My friends and I usually come in about once a week during lunch to get a bite to eat and play. Free pool with lunch doesn't get much better.

Its over off El Toro in the big red barn building where nickel nickel used to be. Two thumbs up

Best new York style pizza in OC. I'll have to admit I'm not a big fan of take-out pizzaria, Domino and Papa's John. I was quite surprise that the pizza from Bigshots tastes almost like the pizza from the little pizzaria in NY. I decided to try other items on the menu and surprisingly they were great also. If you are from the south, I recommend you try the ribs. Oh yeah, they have pool tables too and a full bar

Good stuff. Really cool place, cool people, good stuff all around. Top notch pizza. Ive been coming here for years and the place is quite different than it used to be. Food is still bomb. Definitely worth checking out. Cute girls working too. The wednesday night pool league thing they have going is worth seeing they have some crazy good dudes in there shooting pool. And they started delivering but i havent hit that up yet. Why people call this place a dive im not too sure cause for a 20 year old place its still in pretty good condition. If youre in the area hit this place up

One of the best places in south oc. Awesome old school pool hall with a great atmosphere. Great place to hang out with friends and shoot some pool. Older tables still in good condition. We also had them delivery their pizza, which is literally some of the best pizza weve ever had, and some beer. Who delivers beer?? These guys do. And it was pretty fast. I remember this place used to kinda suck on the service aspect but theyve completely turned it around. Im pretty sure my boyfriend has a crush on half the girls in there. Other than that, I love that place. I always refer my friends there and they've always said good things too

nice tables... horrible service. I live near by, so it's the first place we think of when we want to shoot a few games.But depending on whose working, we wont get a waitress to help us and offer us beer or food.So now i hesitate to go there i convince my friends to drive a little further to dave & busters,might be more money we spend but at least we wont get treated like were an inconvinience to them.

WORST PLACE EVER. BIG SHOTS IS A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. VERY UNFRIENDLY PLACE. THE BAR TENDERS ARE RUDE AND THE BEER IS VERY OVER PRICED NOT TO MENTION WE ORDERD APPETIZERS AND THEY WERE GIVEN TO US COLD. I LEFT FEELING WE PAID WAY TOO MUCH TO HAVE SUCH A BAD TIME. PLUS THE PATRONS WERE DRUNK HORN DOGS.

Good Place. I liked the placed. I Liked the Beer. Friendly people and the seats were. comfortable. Would have stayed longer but it got crowded. Must be a popular place. I would go again and take my friend. thanks for the tip.
