Worst drivers on the road!. Drivers are irresponsible and Inconsiderate. I was on the 241 @ 4:44PM on 4/1/08 and a West Coast Towing truck driver with the #17 on the side was cutting people off, driving over 100 MPH and tail gating other drivers. Be warned! I wouldn't trust them with my vehicle.

worst people and company ever.
Rude, Rude, totally unprofessional and acted as though they controlled the world.
The lady was very standoffish and continued to use profanity. The male who works there just keep eating his fast food and pretended to not notice anything. Then had the nerve to state he was going to call the cops for trespassing. Do not ever use these people. They should be put out of business. Worst part about this, they were talking about me (bad things) in Spanish?.I speak Spanish and understood everything. RUDE

Worst headache ever!. I've had my car towed several times (unfortunately) but this is the last time I will call West Coast Tow. They scratched up my car when towing it and blamed someone else. Since we couldn't see the car right away and the damages weren't reported the first day, the MANAGER tells, no YELLS at me, and tells me it's my fault. I was calm and didn't yell back but this lady was ridiculous. At one point, I told her to let me speak and she said no. And she was the MANAGER!!! They should be called Worst Car Tow Service. I will never call them again! If you're ever in an accident, try Bitetto. They were super nice and friendly. I can't believe I paid $600 for damages they made to my car. The accident was easier than these people! It's been a month and I'm still trying to deal with them.
