Finally! An honest and affordable mechanic!

I own an '01 Saab 95 and the air conditioning isn't blowing on my face. When I called, they were quick to let me know my business is important to them and would give an estimate for free! Usually costs $50-150 at other places.

First thing I noticed were the many plaques on their wall that they have been awarded. I was treated with respect and they looked at my car right away. I didn't get the typical fast talking jive. They were thorough in making me understand what they thought was going wrong, and they were even able to do a temporary fix until I could come in to get the job completed. The service they performed was affordable, and I felt strongly that I wasn't being taken advantage of, which many times people have tried to do because I'm a young female.

It's nearly impossible to find an honest mechanic, and I thank my lucky stars I did the research to find this place.

Although I always use ratings to select services, I have NEVER bothered to comment, but this place is DEFINITELY worth the time and effort. Run, don't walk!

Thanks L&M. Good job! You have a customer for life!

UPDATE:

I had a service that was going to cost $1100 which seemed astronomical to me, so I got another quote somewhere else and they did it for $850, but you should know that was after I negotiated (but even before I did, they were less than $1100). L&M was willing to offer 10% off, which I thought was nice, but this time around I had to go somewhere else.

They have great customer service, and they tried hard to keep me. I am just leery of all mechanics, and with such a high price for that service I had to move on.

They are good though, and would recommend them. But nevertheless, it's always good to get another quote.

very good auto repair

I had my can worked on and they are trustworthy. I all my years of driving i have never had anyone come in under what they had quoted me on the phone. Thank L & M you have my trust forever
