Loan sharks and liars. I have never dealt with a bank that is so dishonest where no one takes responsibilty. If you want an anwer about a bank error or misinformation, don't expect to get help. Rather, they will keep transfering you for days, weeks, and in my case, months. If you want to work with a firm that will actually honor thier agreements, provide a response to questions, and work with you, this is NOT the company for you.

This bank has done little more than tell me one thing, then do another; never return phone calls or emails even when they say with certainty they will; and blatanly lie to me.

When things are good, any firm will be good, it is when you need assistance or when an error has occured is when a good, or in the case of Patriots, a horrible bank will show itself.

With so many other banks and credit unions out there, I would strongly suggest finding another.
