Would never eat there again. We ordered online and went to pick up our food, where the guy up front told us that they dont have wheat spaghetti so he substituted it for penne pasta. He said he did not want to call us so he made the decision on his own, great decision wasted my money and time, next time you should call your customers to let them know you are going to substitute their order. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been loving there food & service for over 25 yrs. Really love Peppino's, but today I took my wife to enjoy a great lunch 11/27/11 and every thing was great except the service. everyone was seemingly on there own agenda. it took me over 10 minuets to get a glass of wine after asking two different times. when the waitress ( Ariela) finally served us she said that the MGR was busy with paperwork & there was no bartender. when Joe's mother is in the store everyone is on mark. poor, poor, service & attitude.

Poor Customer Service and Management. We have been going to Peppino's for easily 15 years. Over the last year we have noticed a dramatic slip in detail, management and customer service.

The last time we were there they completely messed up my order and then didn't even offer to fix it. In fact the waitress tried to blame me for the error which was unacceptable. When I complained to the Manager he was uncaring about the situation.

They should have comped our meal but didn't. We waisted so much of our evening on this. We then had to go find another restaurant to eat. We found a great restaurant just few streets down from Peppino's. We enjoyed a nice dinner there.

I will not go back to Peppino's. They DO NOT value their patrons any longer and should have fixed the issue. We use to go there at least 4 times a month, they will not get anymore of my money and I know others feel the same way.

Hey JOE and family... change the management and get back to the way the restaurant use to be run. In this economy you don't want your staff chasing customers away!

poor customer service and the quality of the food was under par.. Five of us travelled to the Peppinos in Lake Forest from Villa Park. We had been to this location several times. Two of the party we children 12 years of age (they will be 13 in 9 months. They ordered off the children's menu. We ordered calimari for an appetizer. It was rubbery, small portion & what wasn't rings were tiny pieces of breading. We told our server & his response was "that can't be good". We let it pass & when the bill came we saw that we were charged for drinks for the children. When it was brought to his attention his answer was (after going back to kitchen) that they would let it pass this time but not to do it in the future. The future is 9 months in the future. He was definitely annoyed when we pointed out that he had taken the children's order with no problem or comment. He was at the point of being surly & definitely annoyed. We were disappointed with the food & certainly with the service. When we mentioned the calimari he certainly should have spoken to the menu instead of a smart answer. He couldn't have been less interested whether we were pleased or not.

good eats. i thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant with my boyfriend. The food is just like that in Italy, and is deceiving by how comparitively inexpensive it is to other restaurants.

Best Bruchetta I've had.. Great fro the entire family as the menu offers a large variety of items. Has indoor and outdoor dining.

This is a Great Place!!. I went with a group of friends and we were all able to walk right in. We were treated like family and the slices of pizza were amazing! I highly recommed this place to anyone looking for a little old school pizza.

One of my favorites in so cal!. I've been taking my friends to Peppino's for over 20 years. I've never, ever had a bad meal there and I've never been disappointed. They've gotten bigger and more expensive over the years, but I'd still go there in a heartbeat. I'm happy to see them expanding to more cities in so cal!
