Best Soup outside of Saigon Town. The Best BEEF noodles soup Pho' Bo' outside of Saigon town, ...except for the owner. He always has a constipated look on his face. :-(

Definitely not a good idea.... For 15 years we've gone to Thanh Binh at Rockfield and Lake Forest and have always been happy... Tonight we tempted fate and tried a nearby Pho restaurant much to our dismay...

Way too much MSG in the soup... The portions are too small and they charged me a dollar for lettuce for my egg roles...

if you're looking for good Vietnamese soup... you have to try Thanh Binh II in the Captain Creme's parking lot.

i'm so lucky. This was my first Vietnamese restaurant. I loved sitting outside. I loved the way the waiter took a lot of time with me since I was "virgin" to Vietnamese food and the way he explained how to eat it once it arrived. I had the rare beef pho and my partner had the filet mignon and rice. the sauce on the beef was outstanding. The reason we tried this place was that it is ALWAYS crowded with a line outside of a majority of Vietnamese people, it is in the MOST unfindable location and it's been there 16 years. No way would it have lasted a week if it wasn't good. We will definitely go back.

Only good in Lake Forest. Ok, if this was to be your first time enjoying pho, you might feel like you found a gold mine. For myself, I am not easily fooled. The term, "Get what you pay for" definatley applies. I felt as if the pho I was served tasted like it was sitting all night long in a refrigerator, then prewarmed and served to my table. Portion wise was not too bad, but it felt like i had to beg just to get lime and jalapeno. Otherwise, this would be my last choice!!!!

Best Beef Pho in South OC. Today was my first visit; I wish I had found this place a few years ago! I highly recommend the beef pho -so good. I had #5 rare, well done, flank, brisket, and something they call "plate rolled": beef and tendon rolled up together and sliced. I'll be back!

Best Pho South of Westminster. This little Pho place is located in a strip mall in Lake Forest. It is the best Pho in South Orange County. So much better than Pho 99. The prices are good too. They may not be as low as Wesminster prices, but items are still priced within reason. The Pho Ga (chicken) and Pho Tai (rare beef) are always great and so are the eggrolls and iced Vietnamese coffee. If you like Vietnamese food be sure and check this place out!

My MOM WORKS HERE!. my mom works there and she brings home the best food ever! I LOOOOOVE IT! she usually brings home a rice plate with grilled pork or chicken, both is mouthwatering and very flavorful. my favorite is the pho (rice noodle soup) and i order the rare/uncooked beef on the side and i add the rare/uncooked beef to the hot bowl of pho when it comes to the table

Best Pho in Southern OC, great shrimp and chicken egg noodle dish. This unpretentious little restaurant is standing-room-only if you get there between 12 and 1:15pm weekdays, but you will find the wait worth it! The pho (soup) is fantastic, the best in southern OC, the marinated filet mignon is awesome (ask for more vegetables and they will do your bidding). All ingredients are fresh-fresh, and tasty. Try the shrimp, chicken, vegetable and egg noodle stir fry, add a little of the chile sauce and, man! are you in heaven! The service is wonderful, the people friendly, and the food great. I eat there about three times per week, so take my word for it.
