Great Service Quality & Good Price. My Sony blew out. I called these guys and they were able to give me a diagnosis as well as a great price on my T.V. One of their service reps Ramon, I believe solved the issue in 2 hours. Other companies I called and the price was through the roof and they couldn't even diagnose the issue. I definitely recommend these guys to anybody.

Really bad experience. I had a bad amplifier and found these guys online. Because this site had mostly good reviews, I decided to take it to them for repair. They charged me to islolate the problem saying this charge would be applied to the repair. After about a month the technician identified the defective part, but said he could not locate it. I found it, easily, the next day from the manufacturer and had it sent to them to replace. They replaced the defective part and the unit still did not work. After almost two months of frustration they said I needed the entire amplifier replaced. Very very disappointed. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

Worse than Awful. I bought a 42" flatscreen Plasma Mitsubishi from a friend that didn't turn on. I contacted this dude to fix it and he charged 250. He knew his stuff, (well it sounded like he did), he was friendly, I give him that, but they didn't fix my TV and lied to me about it. When it's all connected up at my house, the picture changes color and it's doubled. It's not one solid picture. It's cut in half and then double on top of it self. So you see two of everything. Now, before them, it wouldn't display any picture. But since the picture displays now but it's worse than god awful, I imagine they gave me sh-tty parts for the TV. They have I have a month warentee, that they will fix anything for free if it messes up again, and they refused to fix it or even look at it. They started ignoring my phone calls when I called from the number I gave them. They were friendly, and they will take your money. I will never recommend these people to anybody. Contact me if you don't believe. I have the proof of my still broken TV.

TV Repar. Sam came to our house within one day of our request to have the TV repair. He was professional, fixed the TV came back later that day to answer some additional questions. We are very pleased with the repair and Sam's attention to detail.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE & DISPLAY OF PROFESSIONALISM. Sam, the owner of Central Electronics, is the greatest. He is personable, honest, courteous, professional and accommodating. For my money Central Electronics is the only source for TV repair. Sam himself repaired two giant screen DLP Samsung TV's on my premises. The repairs required the replacement of many parts. Sam evaluated the situation and in a matter of moments knew exactly what needed to be done. He had many of the parts in his truck . The parts he didn't have on hand caused him to return to his shop. However, he never had to remove either of the TV's from my residence. After making the repairs, he followed up with a courtesy phone call to make sure everything was working fine. Except for a slight noise in one of the TV's everything was great. The moment I told Sam about the noise he returned to my residence, located the noise, replaced the part that was making the noise and did not charge me one dime for the trip or the part. Sam is a real fine gentleman. I would definitely recommend his company, Central Electronics, to anyone wanting expert repair work from an honest repairman.

Great Servide - Highly Recommend!. These guys were great, they set the appointment for next day, brought a replacement LCD lamp for my Sony TV and had us watching HD again in no time! Fully Recommend!

TV is repaired...hooray. Sam diagnosed my Sony TV problem right away. but the set had to go to the shop. With scheduling conflicts it took a week to get it back. Works great. Delivery and pick up were timely and the men were careful and curteous. I would reccomend them for any TV service.

Highly Recommend for TV Repair. I had purchased a replacement lamp for my 61"Samsung DLP from Central Electronics just two months ago and Saturday evening my screen went black. Upset by this and thinking that the lamp had gone out, I called Sam who, over the phone, diagnosed what he thought was the problem which was not the lamp but the color wheel instead. He gave me an estimate including the house call which was fair and reasonable and would come first thing Sunday morning. He arrived on time and went straight to work. He was very knowledgeable about the TV and meticulous in his work. In less than an hour he had replaced the color wheel and I was back up and running--Thanks Sam. I highly recommend Central Electronics!!!

Fixed my TV. My out of warranty Samsung LCD screen went black one day so I searched for someplace local and affordable to fix it. After reading the reviews I called Central Electronics and they came by the same day to check it out. They were very professional and true to all the reviews. I would definitely recommend if you're having TV problems!
