Look no further!. Having been in business myself, I know how difficult it is to maintain a business environment that puts service at the top of the agenda. Well, Sam, his family and his crew have mastered that ideal to a “T.” When my Pioneer Plasma TV quit working, Sam came out the same day to begin the repair process. Well, it turned out to be much more complicated than Sam had predicted. As he tested the TV, he found that the monitor itself was causing circuit boards to burn out. He followed through with the project even though he knew that his cost was going to far exceed the amount that I was to pay. When the repair time became clearer (multiple boards were ordered) he brought out a loaner TV to minimize our inconvenience. All in all my wife and I were pleased with Sam and would recommend his company. Sam stands behind his work and is a man of his word. I would agree with John French "anything Sam promises, you can put in the bank."

Excellent TV Repair Technician. Central Electronics has repaired our TV twice. Once two years ago and again today. Each time the technician, Sam, was friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. He gave us alternatives and made recommendations, telling me the advantage of each, allowing me to stay within my budget.

Central Electronics provided same day service making it possible for us to continue with our planned, relaxing weekend which includes television.

We highly recommend without reservation Sam and Central Electronics to anyone.

Great Service and Workmanship. Sam and his team were all very professional, flexible, and easy to work with. My 62" Mitsubishi DLP was having bulb and heat sensor issues. CE came to my house to repair the problems, but ended taking the whole TV to their shop, where they successfully repaired and cleaned it. Sam even dropped off the set early Saturday -just in time for another glorious day of college football. It's now working as good as new and I am happy to have used Sam and his team. I would recommend them to anyone.

PROFICENT & HONEST TV & HOME THEATER REPAIR SERVICES. Over the years, I have used Central Electronics for all of my TV and external HOME THEATER sound system problems.

Sam, the owner, and Mario, one of Sam's expert technicians, are most proficient in the repair of all TV's.

Sam's entire staff has been certified by Samsung, Sony and most other major brand TV manufacturers. This certification means they have been expertly trained by the respective manufacturer to repair any model TV.

Sam and his expert crew are also proficient in hooking up external home theater sound components and then integrating the external sound system with the Cox cable or AT&T Uverse or Direct TV or Dish TV DVR boxes.

Sam stands behind his work and is a man of his word.. Anything Sam promises, you can put in the bank.

Based on my personal experiences with Central Electronics, I am confident that you won't find a more reliable or more proficient electronic repair service anywhere!

Great Service. Our flat screen tv screen went dark. We called Central Electronics. Their technicians came to our home and diagnosed the problem, took the unit back to their shop and repaired it at a reasonable price. Sam came to re-install it. He did a fabulous job and also repaired our Bose DVD player and connected several remote sensors and a sling type device for us. Sam is honest, reasonable, patient and dedicated to the highest levels of customer service and added value. My wife and I recommend him with the highest level of confidence.

Central Electronics = Best TV Repair in the Industry. I have a Samsung DLP which I've owned for several years. Recently I had been experiencing problems with it shutting off. I had tried replacing the bulb as the picture was dimming but that was only half of the problem.

After meeting with Sam he was able to quickly diagnose my TV problem with a faulty Color wheel. I was a bit skeptical at first but after removing the part I could quickly see how the part was defective...he didn't have to say anything else. A picture is worth a thousand words.

I'm a big believer in customer testimonials and I can honestly say I was extremely impressed with all the testimonials about Central Electronics through the various websites. Sam went above and beyond his job requirements by not only accommodating my schedule but also repairing my TV at my house which was extremely convenient considering I have a 50" TV. He is extremely professional and has great technical skills. I would highly recommend Sam for any TV repair job because you know your getting the best when you work with him!

Great service and knowledge of High end equipment. I have had 4 or 5 things repaired and I have had excellent service. They not only repair ordinary equipment but can also dio higher end eqiupment that the more discerning person can trust. Great job, Sam and his wife are easy to work with, i would recommend them to anyone!

Excellent service provided by Sam.. The video on my 4-year old 47" LCD went out one night, and I found Central Electronics through the glowing reviews here on Citysearch. I dealt with Sam, who made the housecall to try and diagnose the problem with the TV. To diagnose the TV, the company charges $40 if you bring it into the store, or $65 for a house call (the diagnostic charge is then applied to the repairs). I opted for the housecall since the LCD is a bit bulky to lug down the stairs and down to Central Electronics' shop in Lake Forest.

Sam believed that the main board was faulty, and brought the TV back to his shop to confirm. He called me a day later to advise me that something other than the main board had went out. He quoted me the repair cost for parts and labor, and had the TV back to my house in 2 days.

The only reason I hesitate to give Sam 5-stars is that the total cost of repairing the TV was nearly 1/3 the cost of a brand new TV, the majority of which was due to labor. This is not to say that Sam charges too much for his labor, as I'm sure that diagnosing and repairing a TV can be rather labor intensive, especially when you ask him to make housecalls. It is just that the overall cost of repairing a TV is high enough that it nearly made sense to simply buy a new TV (with the newer technology, such as internet apps and the more energy-saving edge-lit LED's).

Overall, I am very pleased with the service provided by Sam and would recommend him to people who need to have their TV's repaired. FYI - he provides a 90-day warranty on his work.

Great Service, Fair Price, Excellent work. My Mitsubishi 52" was making noise and picture quality was failing. Over the phone they provided a possible issue but stated they needed to send someone out and quoted all costs associated. It turned out to be what they thought, got back to me with cost to repair, ordered part, came back and picked up the TV, repaired in a day and brought it back, set it back up to my surround sound and it looks great.

From Hiedi to Ramon, all very professional, honest to their word and quote and worked around MY schedule. They got it done so we can watch March Madness. These guys are great and I found them through a Google search.
