Great honest service. I had a leak in my tire that I didn't buy from them. I thought they would try to sell me a new tire but that was not the case!! Went to America's Tire Aspan Way Lake Forest, Ca. manager Tom Bumann runs a great HONEST place. Can't thank him enough
My Best Tire-Buying Experience!. Last year, these folks surprised me big-time with a FREE puncture-repair on a tire they didn't even sell me, so today I was back . . .to buy a full set for two cars. Their advice was informative and honest, prices were very competitive, and we were out of there in record-time. The BEST!
Unbelievable Customer Service.
I have been a customer of America's Tire Store for about 15 years now. We currenlty have five vehicles in our household and all of them (at one time or another) have had tires put on them by America'sTire Store.
In October 2009, I needed tires for my Ford Expedition. At the time ATS had a promotion on Continental Tires that offered a free 10 mega-pixel camera with the purchase of four tires. I thought, what a great Christmas gift I could wrap for my oldest daughter. After I had the work done I submitted the paperwork for the free camera. By mid-December I was searching the mailbox daily for the camera, but nothing. Shortly before Christmas, I called ATS to find out if the camera had ever been shipped. The customer service Rep told me they were all out .... too bad. There was no offer for compensation. No coupon for a free bar of soap, a certificate for some McNuggets, nothing. Needless to say I was annoyed.
Last month (March 2010) I needed tires for the Toyota. I checked the advertisements for everybody but ATS (Pep Boys, Big 0, and the independants). Reluctantly, because ATS had the best price on Pirelli's, I drove down to ATS in Ontario CA (at Ontario Mills Mall) to have four new ones thrown on. They did a great job as usual. However, I was still annoyed about the camera that I never received.
A couple of days later I get an e-mail survey about my recent purchase .... so I let 'em have it. I told them their price and service was fantastic as usual, but their customer service "SUCKED" and gave them the reason.
Next thing I know I am get a call from the Store Manager, Larry Feguer at the Ontario store. He asked me what had happened with the whole camera thing and that he would do what he could to make it right. I told him I was stunned that anybody would call me to find out why I was annoyed, let alone the Store Manager.
This past Monday (04/11), Larry calls me to tell me he has a camera for me, just come down and pick it up. When I do, I find that this is not just some cheesie plastic throw-away camera. Larry Feguer went out and purchased a Nikon 12 Meg camera for my troubles.
UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!
Let me summarize. While I was annoyed about what had happened over a stupid camera, I never did buy tires from another dealer. I came back to my old relaible America's Tire Store in Ontario CA. So, Larry never lost a customer! What he did do was go above and beyond the call of duty to make one insignificant customer COMPLETELY happy! There are plenty of large companies that could take a lesson or two from Mr. Feguer on how to build customer loyality.
I COULD NOT BE MORE IMPRESSED. AMERICAS TIRE STORE .... IF YOU HAVE TRAINED ALL OF YOUR STORE MANAGERS LIKE MR. FEGUER THAN YOU WILL NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT COMPETITION.
Thank you Mr. Feguer. Thank you America's Tire Store.
A customer for life!

AWESOME customer service. I was having a very busy day and had forgotten my tire sensor light had come on. I called and they were very busy and said it could take up to an hr and half-I had to be somewhere in 1/2 and hr. I stopped by and they took the time to check my air pressure, checked to see if the sensor would reset, quickly in-between customers- FOR FREE. I was able to get back on the road stress free and make it to my appointment on my time. Jose was the one who helped me and he is a valuable employee who made it so I will come there when I need tires because of the excellent customer service!
Beware of repairs they charge you for but dont do!. I took my truck to the America's Tires on Aspan Street in Lake Forest. I needed two front tires and a wheel alignment because the left front tire had scrubbed out on the outside tread. AT said it would install the tires and would take the truck to Irvine Euro which is behind the tire store for the alignment. When I picked up the truck there was no paper showing that the front end was aligned. AT assured me that it was aligned and I paid for the alignment. AT told me to call on Monday and I would be able to get an invoice. I called on Monday and spoke with Brian. Brian assured me that the front end was aligned and said that they dont normally get an invoice for the work. I called Irvine Euro, and it advised me that it is closed on Saturday and didn't do the alignment. I called back and spoke to Brian again and he admitted that the alignment wasn't done. Bad communications with employees, no one following up on the job and more excuses. Needess to say I could have worn the tire out quickly because I thought it had been aligned, or even worse there could have been a dangerous suspension problem. I also have a Corvette and it took them 4 tries to mount one tire properly so that it would stop leaking. Needless to say that beware when you take your car there.
Good customer service. I've been here several times and have friends who come here as well. I plan to buy 4 new tires tomorrow or the day after. The guys working there are nice and I like the free balancing and rotation for the life of the tires. The prices are better than most places I've checked too.
Editorial Review. Choose from new tires and wheels for cars and trucks made by original equipment and aftermarket companies including BFGoodrich, Yokohama, Konig and Enkei.
The Place to Buy Tires. Great Selection, Prices and Service. I was hooked on Costco for 15 years as my tire supplier but no more. I have purchased six sets of tires from my Mission Viejo location and have nothing but praise for this operation. The icing on the cake is the ability to shop America's/Discount on the internet and get all the details out of the way before hand. Plus they have the free rotation and Rebalance on purchases with much less waiting than Costco. (the rebalance is very important to me as it makes for a much better ride)Fast and Easy. Couldn't ask for more.
