Fantastic!!. Fantastic customer service! The woman who checked me in was personable and put me at ease. She was fantastic, be unfortunately I do not remember her name. The guy who worked with me at the end was great too. You guys ROCK!!…

This is one bad U-haul business. Once they get your credit card, you will be over billed. The staff is to lazy to communicate with each other about trailer return, costing me to get double billed for a late return. I was (2) hours early. I even asked the staff if i had to go back to the office. His answer was, "Oh no, you will be emailed you receipt." Yea I got an email, only to find out that they charged me too much. If that wasn't bad enough, I had to fight off a trail of illegal aliens stalking me all the way to the office looking for work. Watch where you leave you car the lot is poorly marked. They will tow of you park on their crappy dirt lot or in the poorly painted "fire lane" like drive way which I'm sure is not an approved fire lane. It is just a resaon to take your car for the tow yard. That leaves you to park in the street, where there is no room and loaded with illegals pissing in the bushes. I will not return to this place again. U-Haul customer service said they couldn't see the invoice from their side (?) and that I would get a call within (3) days. I'm sure they are hoping I'll give up and go away.…

Horror Story . DONT GO THERE. I parked my brand New Van in their parking lot Then I rented a truck from U-HAUL , I come back less than an Hour later and guess what!!!! Budget Owner had called the towing company on me and TOWED my VAN. The towing company, trashy people as trash people can get, is only 200 feet away!!!!! , Guess how much I had to pay for that ?!!! $450 in the hole. Wait, It gets worse, the Van is in my wife's name, my wife is overseas visiting her family and the trashy lady at the towing company rudely told me you need to get "notarized" authorization from my wife faxed to her, she has no clue off course that there is 10 hour time difference between the two places. Finlay I was able to have my wife, very angry to say the least, fax the stupid letter to the lady. The next day I called and said when can I pick up the Van, rudely she said the earliest "APPOINTMENT" is at 3:30pm, the whole day is wasted ! I had to make an appointment to pick up my own car, while I know they are just playing games to charge me more money. All of this hassle becuase I parked in Budgets wholly parking lot. Just imagine your blood boiling during this ordeal. There was no clear sign saying you cant park there, and its a business park for gods sake. Please don't use that location on Olive street. Let them accommodate their customers and others, then give them YOUR business. Go to other locations where you wont get TOWED…
