Broken Down Mess. We stayed here two years ago while attending the Laguna Pageant of the Masters. It was just OK then. Inexpensive but clean and in decent repair. Now it's just a broken down mess. Bath tub was all chipped. Shelf for towels barely held up by one screw. Furniture worn thru finish to bare wood. Window lock broken and secured with a dirty stick. Woodwork all banged up and chipped. Shower curtain rod rusted. Tiles in tub had been removed to repair something and never regrouted. Room had so much Fabreze sprayed to cover up odors that we had to leave the door open so we wouldn't choke. Wi-fi didn't work.

Avoid this place at all costs.
