good place for friends. I come here with my friends alot for happy hour... love their happy hour!
Out with friends. Great happy hour!!!
Love the New Menu....Awesome Stuff!!. My wife and I have enjoyed Salt Creek Grille dozens of times over the past 10 years we've been dining there. When we hear about their new menu, we were excited to see how they could make a great menu even better. Our experience exceeded our expectations....and we've always loved the amazing food and attentive, friendly service. The new Chilean Seabass was the most extraordinary dishes I have "ever" enjoyed. My wife had the new bone-in filet ad it was cooked perfectly. We will be back next weekend for our anniversary!…
Great happy hour. My husband & I love to come to Salt Creek for their happy hour. Great deal on wine and appetizers. When we finish in their bar area we go outside and enjoy the fire pit. Monday night is the best night for Salt Creek. The only gripe we have is that they pour their $3 happy hour glasses of wine very short. So, it might not be much of a deal. But, we will definetly be back.…
Best Champagne Brunch in OC. Where to start? There are so many things to love about Salt Creek Grille. Their champagne brunch is easily the best in OC and has become a Mother's Day tradition with our family. The omelette and pasta bar have a great variety of veggies, meats (breakfast and otherwise) cheeses and sauces. The large back room is also full of breakfast favorites (waffles, pancakes) as well some great specialties (breakfast quiches - yum!) and other treats such as shrimp and crab legs. And the mini creme-brulees on the dessert table are fantastic. Dinner at Salt Creek is also superb. I could eat their stuffed halibut every night of the week! The seabass and salmon are also very good. Only thing that kept me from giving SCG a 10 was that our service last night was uncharacteristically poor. Our server was inattentive and seemingly humorless. I know from prior experience that she is certainly an exception to the rule (everyone else I've encountered from the hostesses, to the bus boys, even the girl that brought out the dessert tray have been wonderful!), but as a representative of such a fine restaurant she should have kept a little closer eye on our drinks, and taken our orders in a more timely manner. The restaurant was nearly empty (we arrived around 8 for a late dinner, and it was a Tuesday night) so it certainly wasn't a matter of being overly busy. Still, I HIGHLY recommend you check out Salt Creek Grille. You won't be disappointed.…
