OC Kickboxing ROCKS! The MMA Kids program is amazing.... The instructors are great. My two boys (7 & 9 years old) both can't wait to go! Also, I've seen a dramatic improvement in my boys behavior at home and at school and their grades have even improved. I don't have to remind them to take out the trash, clean their rooms or do their homework anymore. What I love most though are the Kickboxing classes! It's the best cardio workout I've ever had in my life. I'm learning cool kickboxing moves while I get fit. It works out great with my schedule because I put my boys in their class and then I jump into my Kickboxing class which is going on in the back room at the same time! I'm going to put the boys in the Jiu-Jitsu Kids program too next month. ABSOLUTELY LOOOOOOOVE IT!!

I enrolled at OC Kickboxing & Mixed Martial Arts 7 months ago. It's one of the best decisions I've eve made. When I started I was a total beginner and a little bit intimidated about joining an MMA school. I've got to say the program is very beginner friendly and the staff and coaches go out of their way to make you feel at home. They walk you through the fundamentals step by step. I train in the Muay Thai and No Gi Jiu-Jitsu classes and I love it! Both programs are great! I feel comfortable now with both my stand-up and ground games and I tap a few guys out in just about every BJJ class! I'm working toward getting my Blue Belt in the No-Gi Jiu Jitsu class. I like that the Academy is not full of meat-heads like I'm sure a lot of MMA Gyms are. Everyone is really cool and I've made some great friends!

CON ARTIST!. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY. they have horrible customer service and trick you into signing a 12 month program in which you HAVE to pay top dollar for there mediocre at best instruction. much better places out there locally for better prices and better staff.
