Nice cozy place but...one of the worst massages I've ever ha

I was subjected to the most vile and dismissive, incredibly rude and un-professional behavior I may have ever experienced at any establishment ever. I actually really mean that. She had no sense of treating a repeat customer with any degree of fairness because of her error. She did nothing but repeat ad nauseam that they always charge the full amount (Gratuity Included) no matter what happens, apparently even if the mistake was on their end. It was shockingly rude. I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Sure, you might get a cheap massage, but who cares when you could be treated like this...........the Asian place down the street it's much better

got the absolute worst massage of my entire life for the most i've ever paid ----$100.00 for a half an hour. I thought it would be lynn giving the massage, she kind of made it seem that way, and then when this gross fat lady came in and started giving me this retarded rubdown that felt absoluetyl terrible, I demanded a refund and did not get it. When i get around to it, i will be reporting you to the BBB---i won't report you to CMPD because i'm sure they are already onto you You make me sick
