They know their stuff!. Great service!!! I had tried several local TV repair shops with no luck. I came upon this company and received what I needed immediately with professional service and a great attitude. My TV was fixed within a week. Really Great Service. Really great service. They picked up my TV yesterday and I had it back today. The part was in stock and they cleaned the whole inside of my TV as well. I will use them again.

Going Above and Beyond. I took my grandma's VCR...yes VCR because one of the heads in the VCR broke. I told her to buy a dvd player instead but she said that all her oldies are not in dvd and are only in VHS. Nevertheless I took it in..they did not have the part that needed to replaced they'd said it was going to be really difficult to find and that I should call in a day to see if they could track it down. One of the guys called me a couple of days later saying that he had seen the part I needed at a swap meet and bought it..I took the VCR back and they fixed it. They went above and beyond.

LCD on the fritz. Took in my LCD flat screen because it kept turning off and on...went grocery shopping came back and it was ready. No problems, good price.
