Arsen is the best of the best. I have been going to Arsen for nearly 10 years and trust him with my most expensive clothes. I have also been all over the world (New York, Hong Kong, London) and this place is the best. Excellent. Five stars. This man is a professional master tailor with 30 years of experience and all work is done on the premises. Pricing is very fair, particularly when you consider what you?d pay in other custom clothing shops. You will not be disappointed.
