Purchased overpriced wig to buying a better wig in Orange Co. After purchasing a horrible overpriced synthetic Wig from Orange County's Nazi at Newport Hair Loss Center I went to Genevieves and purchased the same type of synthetic wig for 80% LESS! Nazy Curtis was rude and had no clue what she was doing and tried to use her past illness to deceive me and probably others. Anyway, I purchased a wig from Genevieve's and was very happy. Thank you Genevieves for saving my sanity.

Thanks Newport Hair Loss Center Wigs, I now have a trust issue. Thank you Genevieve.

OWNER/MANAGER, KIM BROWN, TOOK MY SISTER UNDER HER WING AND CARED FOR HER AS IF SHE WAS FAMILY. MS.BROWN MADE A SAD AND SCARY SITUATION BETTER BY HELPING MY SISTER FUNCTION WITH A FULL HEAD OF BEAUTIFUL HAIR. No need to look any further. This is the place to go!. Not only is this the one stop shop for all wig needs. But if there is something you want and they dont carry it, they will do everything they can to find it. The owner is so kind and really cares about your needs and concerns. Soooo helpful and knowledgeable. I have never felt so welcome in any retail store. Not only do they have wigs but exstensions too! All I have to say is this is the BEST SHOP!

HELPFUL AND HONEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. So I have been a customer of Genevieve's for 7 years now. I had the Gastric Bypass Surgery many years ago. Unfortunately I had allot of hair loss. So I went to a few Wigs shops. Though when I got to Genevieve's Wigs Kim and Cathie greeted me with open arms about the situation, I had to face. When they were helping me try on Wigs, I had forgotten about my situation. It made me feel Beautiful Again. I can not express how much they made me feel complete again!! Thank You So Very Much. Sorry on more thing to add:) They never pushed any wig on me! They made sure I would be happy with my purchase before I walked out the door!!!

Great customer service!. The owner of this store is so helpful! We brought my mother in after she went through Chemo, and she was so patient and helpful with picking out something that would fit in our budget and be comfortable. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. When the wig came in, we went in and she helped my mom put it on and style it and taught her how to take care of it. If you are looking for a place where you will feel comfortable and loved this is the place to go!

AWESOME WIG SHOP!. I bought a wig from Genevieve's Wigs, and the owner of the shop personally helped me pick out the perfect wig for me. Everyone there was extremely nice, all wigs in the shop are cut and fit to anyone's style, and the owner of the shop explained to me that all sales are final. She gave me all the details I needed to maintain my wig, and cut it to where it fits my style. I really admire what Genevieve's Wigs does for people that have cancer, and other health problems that prevent them from having beautiful hair. GENEVIEVE'S WIGS ROCKS MY SOCKS!

Genevieve's-VERY BAD SERVICE!. The owner of this shop is rude, unprofessional, & dishonest. She ordered a wig for me, it was the wrong one and she refused to exchange it for the correct one or refund my $200.00. Do not go to Genevieve's unless you want to be treated like dirt!
