Wow...exceptional service!!. I had to write a review about my unbelievably fantastic experience today at Theodore Robins Ford. I took my car in for service and expected it to be just like every other Ford dealer around. However, Robins Ford completely blew away all my expectations! The staff was very friendly and helpful! They had my car in and out in a timely manner and washed it for me. The part that really surprised me was how nice everyone was. I walked into the showroom to just kill some time and, of course, a salesman came up to me. I told him I was just waiting for my car in service and he still offered me some coffee and was very pleasant to talk to while I waited for my car to be finished. I also saw that they were celebrating 90 years in business! Congrats Robins Ford! I can definitely see how they stayed in business so long! They have earned a life long customer.…

This place is the definition of family~. We wanted a vehicle, hard to get. Robins Ford talked about being in business 90 years and completely satisfying customers!!! Nice to say, this is true.... Got what we wanted. Easy to buy. Made it simple and fast...Treated us with a great deal of respect, UNLIKE another dealer we visited first.....

unhappy customer. Took to long to work on my vehicle. Don't have enough mechanics working there. Service advisor wasn't on the ball and caught him in a lie. Wasnt helpfull in explaining the problems. vehicle was out of warranty by 1000 miles and the engine was blown. Rick Frank the service manager wasn't helpfull. I suggest you find a dealership that has managers and service people that are honest and concerned about getting your business back.…
