the entire staff worked with me.... I enjoyed working with the staff. My car salesman was very patient with me. His name was Ward. I feel that the entire staff worked with me to make this purchase happen.

Toyota building cheap vehicles. I have been dealing with toyota since the first 500 miles on my tacoma clutch making noise they have replaced it 3 times and it still makes a creaking noise the part needs to be re-engineered and i could do it toyota needs to give the clutch parts, but they have declined because they don't want to look bad that a outside source can make a better toyota i don't get it.

Don't go here!!!!!. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! These people are crooks I have had the worst experience ever buying my truck. I'm in the military and first came to this dealership because I work locally and wanted to support my local dealership. When I first got there they were very aggressive and were very pushy, especially the sales guy named Mark Ochoa. He kept thanking me for my service and feeding me empty promises of how he was going to take care of us. AND the guy that claimed to be Irish (with the big mole on his face) also thanked me for service and claimed he would take care of me because I was in the Military and I was Irish. In the end none of them took care of me at all. And the $500 military discount that was promised to me the whole time was never given to me. Bottom line, I ended up paying MSRP for my Toyota when I could have gotten a better deal (and treated a lot better) had I gone to Cabe Toyota in Long Beach. Do not got here trust me. You have been warned!!! Shop around because there are way better deals at other toyota dealerships trust me!!!!!!!!

Great place to get a car serviced. I have had my Toyota for about 8 months now, and have had 2 scheduled maintenance's. Both times I made 8 A.M. appointments on Friday mornings. Both times they started right on time. Both times I was told it would be about an hour to an hour and half. Both times they were done in about an hour. The last time I went they noticed I had a minor puncture in my back left tire.  They went ahead and patched the puncture with no charge.  (This is normally like a 25$ charge at a tire shop). I also bought my Toyota from this location from Tom.  He was very helpful, non pressuring and answered all my questions.  Was very up front when I asked certain things, and did not hesitate to give it to me straight.  Did not try to give me the run around.  Great place to get a car serviced or if you need a new Toyota check them out.

I recommend South Coast Toyota to everyone.. I recommend South Coast Toyota to everyone. I purchased my last 2 cars from them, and numerous friends and colleagues have had excellent service with them. They go out of their way to treat you well, really listen to what it is you are looking for and work with you so you can get a car you can afford or get you financed. Bonus- you get a car you really love. They have a great service department and they also have used cars. If you are in the market for a new car, give them a call.

went well beyond my expectations. I asked for and got an appointment at the last minute for a used car check. Service people, Kristy & Leo, went well beyond my expectations to make sure I understood their findings. I've never experienced this kind of personalized service at any dealer before. They're the best. I'm confident they represent all the service providers at South Coast Toyota. I will be back even though it's a long drive - I have confidence in the people and the work. Well done!

At no point did I feel like I was being pressured. The casual and laid back service we received. I felt like we were there visiting friends and not dealing with someone trying to make a sale. At no point did I feel like I was being pressured into buying anything. Everyone was friendly and answered all our questions honestly.

took the time to explain all of the options. I though the finance associate was very knowledgable and personable and took the time to explain all of the options warranty, etc. very clearly
