Shameless Dishonest Business. Horrifying experience. Why?

1) They sold my husband a floor model which they packed up FILTHY, unserviced, and missing parts. No discount either. They said it was brand new. Really?!!!

2) I was lied to about the missing parts / inventory. I was told that the inventory list in the manual was misprinted- the listed feet that were missing weren't actually included with the machine, they were specialty parts sold separately. I bought the machine through Amazon (for $70 cheaper NEW), and yes, they are ACTUALLY included with the machine.

3) The owner was actually yelling at me and blaming my husband. He said that my husband had been in a hurry to leave and that was why the machine was in that state (dirty, missing parts).

I wanted to keep my money local and to establish business with a place where I could keep going back for years for service. The experience I had with the owner and employee of this shop, though, was full of dishonesty. Their slogan states that they pride themselves on honesty and integrity. I saw absolutely nothing like this at PALS. I would never trust the service or products here, and therefore, will NEVER do business with them again.
