Bad service. agreed 100 %. In other words, go to other places..do your homework before shop for jewelries.

worst customer service ever. These people have no idea what customer service is! They have never heard of "the customer is always right" or even 'be polite and courteuos to your customers'.

I will never shop there again and will tell everyone NOT to go there!

What a horrible, terrible, stressful experience that was needlessly drawn out for weeks and weeks.
