Pearls of great price--and exquisite beauty--are Mikimoto's specialty.. The Scene
This legendary showroom breathes elite elegance with mahogany furnishings and rich fabrics surrounding well-guarded jewels. But the Mikimoto story (requisite knowledge among its refined, respectful representatives) is as alluring as the jewelry. Kokichi Mikimoto, the son of a poor shopkeeper, became the Pearl King whose magnificent gems were treasured by the likes of Thomas Edison and Princess Grace, who inspired a line of jewels.

The Goods
Each Mikimoto piece is opulence defined: a sculptural necklace of diamond tips and black Tahitian pearls; multiple strands of Australian South Sea pearls with a pave diamond centerpiece; a Milanese-inspired diamond and pearl chain necklace; diamond-framed drop earrings. Among the collections are more traditional styles (Cherry Blossom, Imperial), Italian designs (Milano, Venetian) and pieces with a more modern flair, based on a more geometric aesthetic.

sales person is not knowledgelble.. they only accept mikimoto pearl not other pearl.

repair is very slow.

Items are very expensive but quality is so so.

you can buy much better quality pearl at other store.
