Rainforest Experience.
Décor, of course, is original and entertaining for families with children as well as singles; the bar stools are quite amusing, the aquariums at the entrance, fascinating. Service was rather mediocre; there appears to be organizational issue at the management level as some waiters hired do not appear confident, experienced, forgetting to adequately service their tables. The actual main courses appeared hastily prepared, but the final deserts (Volcano) were enjoyed by the entire party and the meal overall defiantly benefits an honorable cause. After a period of time, the audio became a bit of an irritating din, which seriously complicates any sort of socializing and alleviates even the slim chance of simple dinner banter, which could seriously delete any notion of an intimate dinner.

Poor food, poor service- not a good experience.
I went here thinking it would be fun to try rainforest cafe after many years of not going. Bad mistake. It took over an hour for 2 hamburgers to get made, and they even messed that up. Our hamburgers were undercooked, and we didn't send them back in fear that we'd have to wait even longer for our food. The burger was almost raw, the whole think was pink when we asked for medium well. We couldn't even get ahold of the manager to tell him about the poor service- we actually couldn't grab any of the waiters attention. To make matters worse, because the food was so undercooked, I got food poisoning. Thanks Rainforest Cafe for making it the worst meal I've ever experienced. DO NOT GO HERE! The food is expensive for how poor the food is. I really wish I didn't eat there.

great customer service.
I've had great salads, great service and the freezes are awesome - it's a little loud but I love the thunderstorms and the rain - ambience is everything - we always try to eat here at least once every time we are down in Orange County which is once or twice a year.

This cartoon jungle is a child's wonderland, with waterfalls, swinging monkeys and a canopy of faux flora and fauna..
In Short
While waiting for a table, hungry diners prowl the retail village, where cash-register ka-chings compete with chirping birds, roaring lions and chest-thumping gorillas. When the lights start to flicker, never fear--thunderstorms are part of the show. The menu is American comfort food--pastas, burgers, pizzas and salads--served with a tropical flair. There are plenty options that the kids will recognize, but enough novelty to keep the parents happy.
