CROOKS..... Bad customer service from business office – This place has the worse customer service in the word.... Every single person in the business office has an attitude and will do nothing to help you but give you much attitude and the sales people here try to rip you off and hide cost inside the contract.. I would stay as far away as possible from this dealership if you have any smarts. But if you did business here or have to "stay firm and dont let them walk all over youas they will try"..... But on another note the service department is good and very helpful... Just sales is a crook and an even crooked business office to back them up with a bad office manager in there (she is something else)...
Beware of added on extras $$$ – I found the new car on the internet for a great price and called to set up a time to see it. Once the deal was made to buy the car, I found out I had to pay an extra $480 for dealer ad-ons done prior to the sale(nitro filled tires and protectant sealant.) I purchased an extended warranty which they said could be used at any Chrysler dealer...I later found out that unless I took the car to them (I live over 60 miles away) I would have to go through a pre-approval process with the warranty company. I cancelled the warranty and after many, many calls to them, they finally agreed (per terms in the contract) to refund my money. I will never deal with them again!
worst place to get service!! – The service department will take all of your money!! They will keep your car for long periods of time then return it to you still needing repair. They will say that they fixed one thing, then say another thing is causing the same problem while asking for exorbitant amounts of money. I could have had a good down payment for a nice car with all of the money that I foolishly gave them to fix my far that still is not running well. They will never contact you either. I've had to call them about 75% of the time to get a status on my car. On one occasion, I called for the status of my car 3 times in a span for 2 hours because they could not find my service manager. The third time I find out that my service manager went home for the day. What a waste of time and money.
This is the first time I have ever written a review for a company. I am probably one of the most patient people out there and usually if someone in the service industry makes a mistake, I'll let pass. However, Orange Coast Dodge's service department is inexcusable. Any positive reviews about them are probably written by their employees trying to balance out the majority of poor reviews on here.
CALIFORNIA'S WORST AUTO DEALERSHIP – CROOKS IS TOO NICE A WORD. THEY LIE FROM BEGINNING TO END OF A SALE.....SAVE YOURSELF SOME GRIEF AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE...THESE PEOPLE DO NOT DESERVE ANYONES HARD EARNED MONEY!!!
Horrible Experience, but time to fight back – I bought a used 2009 Dodge Charger, I think the price I got it for was reasonable since its used. But these lieing pieces of s*** sold me a car that seems to be crashed but for a fact i do know that it has aftermarket paint. Reason why I say it has been crashed is because my driver side doors are not well aligned, my left tail light is aligned with the trunk and my trunk is not aligned with body lines either and last my rear bumper is not aligned either and the paint does not match the car. Its all attention to detail but give me a break im breaking my back to pay for what i believe is a crashed car. Once I found out this problem I took it back to them and talk to Used Car dealer manager and explained to him what was wrong with the car, his answer was "you got by a shopping at the store or I hit something" BS!!! How can a shopping cart damage a bumper, a tail light, your trunk or even your doors. Thing is that these lame pieces of crap try to rip people off. If I was to honestly be told that the car was in an accident or has after modifications to it I will be cool about it. But these people are denying it. SO FOR ANYONE THAT BUYS A USED CAR AND SPECIALLY FROM THIS DEALER MAKE SURE YOU PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL BEFORE YOU END UP WITH A CRASHED CAR LIKE ME.
Great Experience – My experience purchasing a Dodge was great at this dealership, and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
The salesperson (Fleet Manager) was NOT a high pressure salesman. The price he quoted me online and over the phone was accurate. No hidden fees or tricks when I got to the dealership. He honored everything we discussed on the phone.
The Finance Manager was very informative, and she was not pushy.
Service Manager was friendly and knowledgeable.
Any questions I have had after the purchase of the car have been answered quickly.
Worst car dealer in OC – I leased a Jeep from Orange Coast Jeep and got ripped off every step of the way! Make sure and read the fine print!! This company operates dishonestly and will do everything possible to cheat you in your deal. Watch out!!
Poor Service – The service I received from OC Jeep was laughable. The excuses I was given for why my simple repair took two weeks were so absurd that I actually felt disrespected. At one point they were feeding me such BS I got concerned that something had happened to my vehicle. To make things worse my service representative, Dave, agreed with me that my repair was taking a ridiculously long time. I held out hope since Dave had acknowledged that they had dropped the ball that I would be offered some sort of discount. No luck, they clearly did not value me as a customer at all. If you would like to avoid a bad auto repair experience then please avoid Orange Costa Jeep.
