In Short – With its kid-friendly vibe, booth seating and late-night hours (most stores are open 24 hours), Denny's draws night owls, seniors and families with kids. The menu sticks to classic American staples: wings, chicken strips, burgers, salads and the like. But breakfast is king, with specialties ranging from skillets, egg scrambles, French toast platters and several variations on the famous Grand Slam: two buttermilk pancakes, two eggs, two bacon strips and two sausage links.
Food is bad for you!

Okay, the food might taste really good, that is because of all the crap they throw in it! Just go on their web site and look at the nutritional guide on everything. I never follow these guides, but I always heard that Denny's uses transfat, so I looked it up and all the other values.
Look at it this way...a double cheeseburger rune 1540 calories, 116 grams of fat, 370 in cholesterol, 7 grams of trans fat, 52 grams of saturated fat...and are you ready for this one...3880 grams of sodium!!!
You just might suffer an heart attack from reading this. My health is worth more than their food! After reading their nutritional guide, I vowed to stop eating there! You will never catch me in a Denny's again!
- Pros: Free water
- Cons: The food!
