Home to the blue boxes that represent classic style and impeccable taste..
In Short
From its legendary blue boxes to its ever-popular six-prong diamond solitaire engagement ring, Tiffany's is a staple in the jewelry industry. Although diamonds, emeralds and sapphires represent 70 percent of total sales, tableware, gifts and accessories are popular items as well. Pleasant and accommodating, the sales staff serves customers with respect, whether they're buying a $40 glass vase or a $40,000 diamond bracelet.

my blue box experience.
Well I was reading some of the postings from the Rodeo Drive location and to some degree I understand the notes about no-prada no-service. It's tourist central up there. I received a tiffany necklace for Christmas from a dear friend (who is crazy to spend such $$$ on me!!!!) the necklace was just a little too short. So in the evening after christmas (girls can't wait) I fought my way in. Funny...it was busier than usual! I was really kind of frustrated by the slowpokes in front of me. But to make a long story short after 45 minutes of futility...I was escorted to the customer service area and promptly seated with someone who arranged the lengthening of my necklace back in NYC. It took a week (less than quoted) and they were more than generous in accomodating my neck!
