Tourneau is Simply the Best!. I have purchased 4 watches here and every time I've received great prices and service. They replace watch batteries for FREE when you've purchased from them. I recently took my 7-year-old Cartier in to have the battery replaced. The technician found the gaskets to be loose and since the watch had received a "tune up repair" once by them, they took care of it for me. Rose (Mgr) and Kim (Service Mgr) were both professional and courteous. They sincerely wanted me to have a pleasant experience with Tourneau and I did! Thank you again!…
Not Very Professional. The regional manager is quite inconsiderate. I suggest going elsewhere for a purchase. The way the store handled a recent situation was well below par in professionalism.
