Quirky But Good. Evidently this is the company responsible for managing my apartment complex. I thought I had gone to the wrong review page, since I was sure they would have better rating than 1 star?



I've lived all over Southern California in many different apartment communities, and I really REALLY LOVE IT HERE! You would have to get a forklift to detach my heels that's been digging here for 4 years. (Not to mention my best friend is my neighbor who initially told me to come here in the first place.)

They keep our ground so clean & well-manicured all year round. It's quiet & safe, and I don't remember feeling so cared for & so appreciated for living anywhere, before I came to live here. I love being out with my friends, but I love the feeling of going home even more now!



It started with my broken A/C that drove me nuts during summer. I hadn't called my manager because I thought I'd broke it. I attempted to bear the weather until I could do no more & finally told her what happened. She came said "ok, we'll call someone to take a look at it". The service man came the day after, took a look & tinkered with it for a while, and voila! He fixed it!

I was happy that my A/C's working again, but certainly wasn't looking forward to see how much I owe them for the service, so I avoided the manager's office for awhile. She's quirky anyway.

Weeks went by, then months, but that bill never came. Until one day, she saw me & said hi. To my surprise, instead of the repair bill, she asked me if I would like to get my window screen repair. "For free?" I asked her. She said, "yeah, it looks old & worn out." I said sure, and I dared myself to ask about the A/C repair bill. To more surprise, she said, "oh that? Don't worry about it. Your A/C just ran out of freon. You don't owe us anything."

And as if that's not enough, she told me about my expiring lease, asked me if I was going to renew it & offered to shampoo my carpet if I stayed. Like -- who does that!? I wasn't going anywhere to begin with, but now, I'm DEFINITELY STAYING!!!
