I've been a customer of amanda's and staff for 15yrs +. They have been nothing but helpful and generous. For those of you who have had bad experiencies usually roots from customer. when spoken to rudleyit will be returned in that matter. I also know probably over 40 people who agree with me. Amanda and her staff are the best in town. As far as the lopsidizes maybe it's your eyes after a big fatty.

Nail paradise in irvine becoming worse by the minute. They used to be good. Something happened Andre owner and the qwality of her workers. Bad attitued. I had a pedicure done and I could we're my shoes because of a horrible infection. She totally denied her responsibility.

Best Salon and Service. This salon has the BEST customer service ever! The owner ALWAYS remembers you and why you visit. I love that.

Jenny is the BEST and the most talented person to ever do my nails. Ask for her and you will see.

Everyone is well trained no matter what service you need pedicure, wax, etc.

I just love this salon, and I have been having my nails done for 20 years. So I know a great place when I see one.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. No place that has horrible customer service deserves any "stars". My mom and I went for a nice gel manicure and my mom who hasn't had gel was treated like she was stupid for her inexperience in manicures. Her lady was a flat out bitch to her. Customer service is everything, especially in this economy. We will never step foot into this shitty Paradise.

Reliable & Friendly. I've been using this salon for over 15 years. Amanda is doing something right as she is the only owner this salon has had for nearly 20 years. She hires and maintains a high quality staff of technicians whose skills and attention are above anything I found at the chain shops. In response to another comment I read, the salon price list has always been posted at the reception desk. The technicians work very hard and get along with each other. I would recommend the salon in a heartbeat and I am so glad to have it in my neighborhood. Thank you Amanda, Kim, Amy, Pauline, Helen, Leah, and all others who make me feel so welcome whenever I walk through the door at Nail Paradise.

AWFUL..THE WORST NAIL PLACE IN IRVINE. This place is one of the worst nail salons. My nails are lopsided, uneven and pathetic looking.

I tried to explain to the nail technician, she kept ignoring me and huffing and puffing like I was inconveniencing her...no smiling or thank you. What a fool I was, I gave her a $5 tip like a dummy. She then started the "talking" behind my back deal in her native language. She was in a hurry to leave, it was the end of the day.

My nails look ugly, just like their nail salon. There are no signs with the prices like most salons. I have no idea how they stay in business. THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!!!!

They also expect you to pay CASH. They hem and haw when you ask if they take credit cards. They should be investigated.

Awful. It was my second time trying this place thinking maybe last time it was a particular person who didn't do a good job! Nooooo. It is awful. I went with my friend who said she's heard good things and they did a lousy job on both of us. The attitude of the girl at front desk who is always on her laptop was not very helpful either. Really dislike the place although the location is very convenient for me.

Fantastic Prices and Quality Service!. This is the best nail place I've found in my neck of the woods. The prices are unbeatable, and the energy in the salon is very good and positive. While it's a no-frills sort of establishment, the place is clean and the nail techs are friendly and upbeat. I've been extremely pleased with the quality of their work on my acrylics. Pauline is my tech, and I have been totally impressed with her. If you haven't visited Nails Paradise yet, you're missing out on a truly wonderful experience!

The best value for the best quality. Pauline is awesome at French Nails. I tried many different nail salons but this is by far one of the very best places. Very affordable, I can take care of my nails more often and the highest quality. Pauline really listen to my concerns on how I wanted my nails and made them look like a million dollars. I will continue to be a loyal customer and take advantage of the great prices and the highest quality.

nail pros at great price - esp for irvine!!. I love this place. They do a great job, very skilled at acrylics. I recently moved to Irvine, Orange county and have tried multiple places. there are a couple of chain type nail spas here (star, happy nails, etc) and i tried them with disappointment. At Nail's Paradise they listen to what you want but also have an intuitive sense that comes from experience so that they really get how you wnat your hands to look. I alternate between pink and white french acrylics and plain acrylics with color - normally you can find anyone to do pink and whites but the acrylics with color can be a challenge, especially because I like mine very short so as not to interfer with my work which is done predominately in front of a keyboard. They do a great job here. Great shape, they get the length just right, short but still feminine and square, and they do a great job with the color. They dont let it get sloppy around the edges or the cuticles which gives colored acrylics a really professional classy look. My friends are always surprised to find that these arent my real nails!!

Also great price!! I pay $13 + tip for my acrylic fills. Its a few dollars more for pink and whites. Thats a great price for the consistent high quality work believe me!!!!

They also offer pedicures and waxing. For waxing however, I would honestly recommend a tech named Anne at a different salon on Barranca and Von Karman in the Sams Club shopping area there (also in irvine). I love Nail's Paradise and will be a loyal customer there for all things related to my hands but Anne at the other salon is great with not only cleaning up eyebrows but giveing them a more defined magazine quality shape too.
