What a nightmare. I don't understand why the hell my family doctor recommended this man to me.

I set up an appointment with the sleep study center.

1.) On the night of the study, I filled out the health insurance information. The male nurse reviewed it and failed to tell me that they are NOT even contracted with my insurance provider.

2.) They still have not sent me my lab results (I did the test on 2/20/2010, and it's now 4/23/2010). I had to call my family doctor's office to get a copy. Ridiculous.

3.) Before the study, I kept asking staff about the cost of the study. Nobody was competent enough to inform me that there is a separate office that does all billings. These incompetent people were not even able to give me the contact information for the billing office. I never got the contact information until the day that I received the medical bill.

Guess what, folks, for my test (polysomnogram w/cpap), I'm responsible for $3,123.63.

If I had been given the contact information for the billing office, I would have been able to find out the cost of the study and canceled the appointment right away!

The staff at this doctor's office and the sleep study center simply FAILED to inform me two important pieces of information before I received the service.

When I received the medical bill, I used the contact information on that bill to contact the company that does the billing (Medical Practice Management-43500 Ridge Park Dr Temecula, CA 92590). The lady named Rita that's responsible for dealing with the sleep study center bills already left.

So I talked to the supervisor. She's NOT helpful at all. She had the nerves to say that there're no notes of me showing the concern about the cost of the study. That's just ABSURD. I had to wait for Rita (over the weekend).

On Monday, I finally reached Rita. She's the only NICE person throughout this whole experience. Because of her help, I only had to pay $850.00. GOD BLESS HER.

Dr. Jonathan Ahdout Save My Life. I can say enough how grateful I am to Dr. Ahdout for his expertise and caring. I highly recommend him to anyone who cares about high quality and compassionate medicine.

DO NOT Use this Doctor. This doctor does not know what he is doing and certainly does not have a bedside manner. The diagnois that he told me I had was completely wrong, I am now going to another Doctor and he has prescribed treatment and I am doing so much better. I only saw Dr. Ahdoot a few times and realized I better find another physican that knew what theywere doing,

Highly Recommended. I was referred to Dr. Jonathan Ahdoot for a chronic lung condition that I have had for many years. I have already seen many physicians regarding my situation, none of which were able to resolve my problems. Dr. Ahdoot was able to properly diagnose me so that I could treat my main problem, rather than having to take many different medications to treat my symptoms. He spent a great deal of time reviewing my charts and notes from previous physicians and truly demonstrated compassionate care. Not only was he receptive to my feelings, but he was also very knowledgeable and able to diagnose and treat me while also answering all my questions.

Stay away from this "Dr.". I had the misfortune of having to see "Dr." Jonathan Adhoot during my emergency stay at Hoag Memorial Hospital. After his first visit/consult with me which lasted about 3 minutes for a collapsed lung I knew he was not the one I wanted treating me. I informed the nurses that I did not want to see this Dr. ever again. He still managed to come the next day and tell me how disrespected he felt. On top of this, I received a bill in the mail charging me for a second visit!!! Basically, he charged me for a visit in which his only words were about how offended he was and not about my current condition/recovery. Stay away from this man!
