The Finest Jewelry Appraiser in the Business. I have been in the Jewelry Industry for 27 years, and I have known David for most of those years. David is without doubt the most honest and ethical Gemologist in our area. He is legend in the jewelry appraisal business, and I could go on and on with stories of how he has helped me and many other people. So often people are misled my other gemologists and jewelers. There is no way anyone would give David a negative review unless there was a misunderstanding or they were misled by another jeweler. David has tons of Jewelry Stores in Southern California that love him, but there are a few that really hate him because he has caught them red-handed lying to their clients and David made sure they paid dearly for it. He has always been the best consumer advocate anyone could ever have since he opened up in the 1980’s. David, keep up the good work, we love you.

David is the Best!!!. I am an insurance agent and I have been sending my clients to David for over 20 years. Not one complaint in hundreds of referrals, if fact all my clients love him. He is courteous, kind, and professional. His jewelry appraisals are the best I have ever seen in my career. In fact I heard about David years ago from another insurance agent, and that agent told me that he personally knew over 50 other agents using him. He never over values my client’s jewelry so they don’t end up wasting their money on needless high premiums. When my clients have had to make claims on their jewelry, David’s appraisals have proven to be spot on every single time. He even tells my clients when they don’t need to have certain items appraised. How many business people are honest enough to turn away business? David does it all the time. He treats all my clients like they were his own family. David is one of the finest people I know. Thank you David for always taking good care of my clients!

Very nice to deal with. I sold my old engagement ring to david. It was kind of small but he still made me feel welcome. He has a lot of fancy machines and knows what he is doing. He even educated me on how to get the most for my money the next time I buy. Very nice person, I will refer anyone I know looking to sell.

Best Jewelry Appraiser in Orange County By Far.... A few years ago I was looking to purchase a large emerald from a local jeweler. Before completing the purchase I requested an Independent Appraisal. The store provided an appraisal, but I requested that the emerald be sent to David. The store then gave me two other appraisals from local gemologists and both reports basically said the same thing; that the emerald was worth way more than I was paying. At this point I put my foot down and told them that I would not buy it without an appraisal from David. Well, David found that the emerald was heavily treated and not worth anywhere near what the three other appraisers said. We sent the emerald to the Gemological Institute of America, and they confirmed that David was right. He was the only one that got it right and he saved me big time. I then told this story to the person at Neiman Marcus who had referred me to David, she said that it happens all the time and they listen to David even if a dozen other appraisers say different.

Professional Pays Top Price. David bought my old wedding ring set last Saturday for almost twice the price I had been quoted at another shop. I was referred by my sister who had sold him our mom’s jewelry collection. He was very professional and kind. I liked his office setup; it’s very secure and private. Most importantly he got to the point and offered me a great price without any games. I will refer all my friends. Thanks again David!

Reputable, Pays Highest Prices, I Like Him!. I sold my mother’s entire jewelry estate to David after getting bids from 2 other jewelers. Seeing David was vastly different from the other places I took my mother’s jewelry. Not only was he higher on the price but he made me feel comfortable immediately with his personality and knowledge. David helped me understand the values in a way that the others simply did not do. Everything made sense to me. I doubt I will ever have more jewelry to sell, but if I do I am going straight to David. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking to sell their jewelry.

Very nice man, treated me with respect. David bought my 1/2 carat diamond ring for a very fair price. I tried two other places and they offered quite a bit less. I know he handles much larger stuff all the time, but he treated me like I was selling a 2 carat diamond even though mine was so small. He is a very sincere person and really cares about people you can tell. I hope to come back one day and buy a diamond from him when things get better. Thank you again David.
