Spicy wontons, scallion pancake and chicken over rice

My favorite Chinese place. I love the spicy wontons- you cant find it anywhere, and you cant reproduce it either. The sauce is just delicious with the perfect spiciness. There are many other chinese dishes which are much more traditional and authentic than in the everyday "wok" restaurants you find on every street corner. No orange-chicken here. The pan-seared veggie dumplings are also wonderful. I have brought every friend I have, and all have loved it, whether or not they are used to non-americanized cuisine. It is very small and the ladies who run it are friendly and non-discriminating. And, the prices are excellent. I dont live in California any longer, and I long for A & J. Oh, and its right next to some great teahouses so you can make a dessert run and enjoy the whole center.
