THE FLADEBOE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT!!!. I saw this car and fell in with it at first site. I was dealing with other dealership... They basic led me on for 3 weeks... we will get it in.. Long story short it did not happen. I called Fladeboe and Burt said it's sitting on the floor come on down. THE FLADEBOE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT!!! As a long time Volkswagen/Audi owner (1975 Scirocco, 1985 GTI, 1995 Fox, 1995 Jetta, 2001 S4, 2005 Toureg, 2007 Rabbit) I can unequivocally say... I didn't have to wait.. I took my car in yesterday for brake service, and they checked me in quickly; I didn't have to wait. After my car was ready and their shuttle driver dropped me off at the dealership to pick it up, I was immediately greeted by Tom. He and I reviewed the bill I had already approved over the phone, and he stayed with me through the check out process including retrieving my car. I don't think I was there more than 10 minutes, which I really appreciated.
My car is now in great shape. We brought my 2005 VW bug in for service about a month ago because it appeared to have a transmission issue. The problem was identified and, though a part was not available for a week or so, the service department did an outstanding job letting us know when it would be in and immediately scheduling us for the repair. My car is now in great shape and there is no doubt that we will be back to your dealership for future service and purchases. Thank you.
extremely helpful.. I had a particular vehicle in mind when I contacted your dealership (2011 blue Jetta). I had many questions regarding this vehicle which I was purchasing for my daughter, specifically regarding vehicle features; safety features in particular. I had numerous conversations with both Harvey and Judith during the purchase and finance qualifying. Both Harvey and Judith were receptive, informative and courteous in every conversation. After purchasing the vehicle, Judith went beyond my expectations by having the car cleaned and detailed to perfection and having the car delivered to my hope. I especially appreciated the manner in which Judith kindly and patiently explained the vehicle features to my daughter. She did a great job integrating my phone with the blue tooth system which was extremely helpful. Your service department explained the service benefits available to vehicle owners which further assured me that I made the right choice in vehicles and dealerships. I would recommend Fladeboe Volkswagen to anyone who is looking to purchase, or service, their Volkswagen.
