Completely Unethical. They tried to sell me some special body care package, which I politely declined, but then they wrote it into the contract, so I asked them to remove that section and re-print the contract. They reprinted the contract, but left it in, and I signed it without checking. Ergo, I now pay $40/month for a "deal" that I didn't want and asked to not purchase TWICE.

Their immorality is absolutely appauling. I cannot discourage you from going there enough.

Clowns selling Cars. The title says it all. These guys are a joke. They are completely oblivious to the concept of customer service. I went in to purchase a car I leased earlier and experienced the most ridiculous treatment that can be belted out to a premier car customer. Heck my Honda dealer is a lot more sophisticated in customer service.

There is no proper communication style.

No continuity. You will end up talking to 10 different folks before anything actually happens.

Take your money elsewhere. The folks at Crevier & Newport are much better. Irvine BMW does not deserve your business.

Irvine BMW - Not Worth Risking Your Car with Them. I took my car into their service department for the 1st time, and they tried to sell me $3300 worth of repairs. They don't know how to interpert fault codes. They act like their techs are 1st year students in a high school auto shop. Buyer beware! Check out others opinions before taking your BMW into their service dept. Their sales dept is decent and knowledgeable and can do a good job in selling you a car.
