I have stayed at this location a couple of times and you need to know what you are getting into. I learned that if you want a quiet night, then ask to be in the building away from the train tracks. If you are looking for a different "vibe" for a hotel, then stay at the Train Track building. That building was designed to be a storage facility for Lima Beans back in the day. La Quinta purchased the building and has turned it into a cool hotel with vintage pictures of the lima bean factory throughout.
